    IN-PERSON WORKSHOP: CULTIVATE THE CATALYST WITHIN, THE WEST COAST EDITION

    Based on feedback from her popular session at the Experiential Marketing Summit this fall, this workshop led by author and Workplace Strategist Joan Kuhl will help you grow your presence and become your best advocate in the world of work and beyond. You will learn about barriers such as the perfectionist trap, the curse of the good girl, toxic time messages, and the likeability and performance biases to disrupt these stereotypes and advocate for your needs. Through interactive exercises, we will experiment with strategies to be seen, heard and valued and build a roadmap to lead positive change for ourselves. Wine will be served and all participants will receive a pre-event questionnaire to help make the most of our time together. 

    Space is limited. Proof of vaccine is required per local laws.
